*All pricing is based on 50 mile radius from Aerial Drone Service L.L.C. office in Belmont, NC. Locations beyond that may incur a slight uplift. Long distance travel is billed at $50 per additional 50 miles.

Tips for a better residential aerial image:
- Open blinds or shutters
- Make sure boat dock/slip(s) are neat
- Trim trees if possible and blow away all leaves
- Remove any vehicles from view
- No visible trash cans and remove water hoses
- If there is a pool, make sure it is clean
- Remove any and all pool equipment / toys
- Make sure decks / pool furniture is neatly placed
- If there is lawn equipment, make sure it is clean and staged properly or stored out of sight
- Remove any seasonal items to prevent dating the photos
- If the weather becomes an issue or winds exceed 20 mph we will re-schedule
